Tyler will no longer let me feed him his yogurt. No as in goes TOTALLY ballistic even if I try one bite! I have a VERY independent little boy on my hands as well as a messy one!
BOO-YAH!! Some actually made it into his mouth!!

Wouldn’t it be great if they actually could do it by themselves before they insisted they do? haha. Happy WW!

Adorable! I was so bad about letting DD feed herself with utensils! I just hate the mess. But she’s so proud of herself I have to let her. She puts the utensil down after each bite and claps. And she’s getting very good at it.

I know the mess is so annoying!! Which is why I have resisted for so long.

How Cute!! He looks quite happy to have made his mouth. I have one of those pics with my daughter feeding herself pasta! Good memories.

Very very cute! I still remember the first time Maggie decided she “had” to feed herself spaghetti.

How old is Tyler again? Alexa is 18 months (still doing the adjusted age at 16mos). She won’t let me feed her ANYTHING other than yogurt, and even that’s dicey at best. When did Tyler stop letting you feed him? I really kinda miss feeding her just mush, was SOOOO much easier!

Tyler is almost 17 months old. I just cut everything up and he uses fingers and likes to use a fork now too!

Alexa will eat a lot of random things if I cut them up…but since she’s getting molars she’s sucked at eating. Guess it hurts, poor things. Either that, or she’s getting picky like me. Serves me right for also being a pain in the ass to feed
